A lifelong resident of Hampton Roads, Michael began his clinical career as a Physical Therapist Assistant after earning his Associate of Applied Science from South University in Virginia Beach. His passion for helping others led him to pursue his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from South College in Knoxville, Tennessee, expanding his clinical expertise and scope of care.
Michael specializes in pain management and functional rehabilitation, using a whole-body, evidence-based approach. He is Postural Restoration Certified (PRC) through the Postural Restoration Institute and also holds certification as a Certified Performance Specialist (C-PS) from the Advanced Continuing Education Institute.
Michael is known for his hands-on, patient-first care—working closely with individuals to restore movement, reduce pain, and improve quality of life. He has a special interest in chronic pain, addressing dysfunction through an integrative lens that considers the musculoskeletal, respiratory, and nervous systems.
Outside the clinic, Michael stays active through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, swimming, tennis, pickleball, and general fitness. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and exploring the Hampton Roads community.
