Heather graduated with her BS in physical therapy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 1990. She received her Masters in Gerontology from Wichita State University in 1995. Heather enjoys and has treated all types of neuromuscular problems throughout her career but has a unique passion for pelvic floor disorders in women, men and children. Her other passion is teaching! She has been on faculty at Wichita State University in their PT program and at Clarkson College in their PTA program. Heather has been very involved in the APTA where she served as NE Chapter president during the rewrite of the NE PT practice act. She is board certified in both women’s and geriatric physical therapy through ABPTS. Heather took her first PRI class in 2007 and considers herself a PRI ambassador for her patients and her colleagues that may not have been exposed to PRI concepts.  In 2013, Heather earned the designation of Postural Restoration Certified™ (PRC) as a result of advanced training, extraordinary interest and devotion to the science of postural adaptations, asymmetrical patterns, and the influence of polyarticular chains of muscles on the human body as defined by the Postural Restoration Institute®. Heather enjoys anything outdoors with her husband, Erik and their three children Ben, Chandler and Ayden.
