He has worked in outpatient physical therapy clinics since 2000 as Director of Clinical Services, Staff and Supervising Physical Therapist.  He served as the Lead Physical Therapist of the GVSU Athletics Department from 2014-2018, and has been recognized by GVSU for contributions to the College of Health Professions as Affiliated Clinical Faculty in the training and education of many graduate physical therapists in manual therapy assessment and treatment skills as a clinical instructor for over 12 years.

In 2008, with the help of his business partner, their spouses, and the support of his active community, Craig was successful in establishing SIMIO Physical Therapy, PLLC.  With interest in broadening the wellness philosophy that SIMIO Physical Therapy offered the community for nearly 10 years, Craig and his team expanded their vision to become SIMIO Health & Wellness in 2017. SIMIO Health & Wellness offers a pro-active health restoration atmosphere founded on healthy living, functional movement, human performance, postural sense and respiration.  Craig and his team of Physical Therapists, Massage Therapists, Health and Nutrition Coaches, Movement specialists, as well as a growing community of Vision, Dental, Chiropractic, and Podiatric specialists are all aligned on the goal of and health and movement restoration.

History of Passion

The Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) is built around 30 years of clinical practice associated with recurring successes of specific patient treatment programs. We established reproducible, outcome-based programs based on consistent evidence-based correlations, discovered with patient biomechanical, respiratory, and neurological functional patterns and limitations. My passion for the integrated systems of the body has resulted in an examination and intervention process of the asymmetrical human body called Postural Restoration.
