Julie received her degree from Saint Francis University in Pennsylvania and has been working in the sports medicine field since 1998.  She is a hands on therapist utilizing many forms of movement training and manual therapy to expedite healing and improve performance. Her approach looks beyond the pain to treat the root cause of the problem, and she believes in an effective, efficient, and experienced approach helping patients feel better faster.

In December 2010, Julie earned her certification from the Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) becoming 1 of 79 certified therapists in the country and California’s first and only certified PRI clinician. Julie has experience lecturing to therapists, trainers, and physicians on the in-depth biomechanical approach utilizing Postural Restoration. She considers the past four years which she devoted to understanding and dissecting the post graduate specialty taught by the Postural Restoration Institute to be the most influential and career changing years of her professional career.

History of Passion

The Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) is built around 30 years of clinical practice associated with recurring successes of specific patient treatment programs. We established reproducible, outcome-based programs based on consistent evidence-based correlations, discovered with patient biomechanical, respiratory, and neurological functional patterns and limitations. My passion for the integrated systems of the body has resulted in an examination and intervention process of the asymmetrical human body called Postural Restoration.
