Kristen graduated from the University of Florida in 2002 with a Masters in Physical Therapy.  She was then commissioned as a US Air Force officer and practiced physical therapy for the military population for over 5 years.  During this time she was stationed in NM, then Warner Robins, GA and gained experience in sports and manual therapy.

In 2007, Kristen left Active Duty military, entered the Reserves and went on to the Cantrell Center for Physical Therapy located in Warner Robins, GA.  Here she gained experience and mentorship in Postural Restoration, as well as enhanced her outpatient orthopedic skills.

Soon later, her husband’s job moved her to Bethesda, MD where she worked for Launch Sport Performance.  In 2009, she received certification in Postural Restoration and became a local consultant in this unique treatment philosophy.

After 6 yrs in MD, Kristen and her family moved back to the southeast and currently reside in Suwanee, GA.  It is there that Prosper Performance & Physical Therapy came to life.

Kristen is an avid runner and sports/recreation enthusiast.  She and her husband Evan have two boys, and, though living in GA, still call Niceville, FL their home.

History of Passion

The Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) is built around 30 years of clinical practice associated with recurring successes of specific patient treatment programs. We established reproducible, outcome-based programs based on consistent evidence-based correlations, discovered with patient biomechanical, respiratory, and neurological functional patterns and limitations. My passion for the integrated systems of the body has resulted in an examination and intervention process of the asymmetrical human body called Postural Restoration.
