Craig Depperschmidt, DPT, PRC

Craig grew up in Colorado and currently practices in Fort Collins, Colorado at ProActive Physical Therapy and Performance Center.  He received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University and began practicing PRI in 2009.  In 2012, Craig earned the designation of Postural Restoration Certified as a result of advanced training, extraordinary interest and devotion to the science of postural adaptations, asymmetrical patterns, and the influence of polyarticular chains of muscles on the human body as defined by the Postural Restoration Institute.  In 2021, Craig began training to teach the Myokinematic Restoration course.  He is excited to be a faculty member for the institute in order to educate other professionals and grow the PRI science.

Craig works extensively with runners, triathletes, and cyclists ranging from the professional level to weekend warriors.  He himself enjoys running, biking, swimming, and climbing 14ers in his free time.  He also enjoys spending time in the mountains and at home with his wife Abby, and daughter Daisy.
