Eric Menchi is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist currently working at The Micheli Center for Sports Injury Prevention in Waltham, MA.

He received his bachelor’s in Exercise Science from Bridgewater State University where he was a member of the football team.  He went back and received his Master’s in Strength and Conditioning from BSU, while earning his master’s degree he was an intern strength coach at Northeastern University, working with their varsity and club sports. Being introduced to PRI at Northeastern set him on his course to become a PRT. Prior to NU he was a strength coach for Boston University club teams, Brookline Youth Hockey teams and private clients in the local Boston area.

His passion for strength and conditioning and education has him working closely with his clients where he integrates PRI concepts to help with injury rehab and better movement.  He also has works with local high schools overseeing their off- season programs.  He also holds certification as a Precision Nutrition coach.

History of Passion

The Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) is built around 30 years of clinical practice associated with recurring successes of specific patient treatment programs. We established reproducible, outcome-based programs based on consistent evidence-based correlations, discovered with patient biomechanical, respiratory, and neurological functional patterns and limitations. My passion for the integrated systems of the body has resulted in an examination and intervention process of the asymmetrical human body called Postural Restoration.
