Taylor Lewis has been a Strength and conditioning coach for over 9 years. He received his Master’s Degree in Kinesiology from Sonoma State university in 2014. He currently owns and operates TLStrength. At TLStrength, he monitors all onsite athletic programs to ensure clients and staff are up to date on the latest training techniques and athletic performance research. Taylor also consults for various high schools in the Marin and Sonoma County to develop and maintain quality programs for their athletic teams. Taylor also found the love for working with clients with Cystic Fibrosis while finishing up his master’s degree at SSU. He is currently working with researches down at Stanford Medical to develop structuralized fitness programs on the quest to find a cure for CF. He has written for Max Muscle magazine, Strength Matters and On Target Publications and continues his professional career striving to help educate and inspire people to improve their quality of life and help make a difference in the World.
The Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) is built around 30 years of clinical practice associated with recurring successes of specific patient treatment programs. We established reproducible, outcome-based programs based on consistent evidence-based correlations, discovered with patient biomechanical, respiratory, and neurological functional patterns and limitations. My passion for the integrated systems of the body has resulted in an examination and intervention process of the asymmetrical human body called Postural Restoration.
