James and I recently taught the PRI Integration for Fitness and Movement at a great Facility outside of DC in Frederick MD. A big thank you to Josh Funk and his staff at Rehab 2 Perform for hosting! It was an awesome weekend with a good mix of PRI experienced professionals and first timers. Thank you all who attended! We were able to introduce the science of PRI as well as the neurorespiratory mechanical relationships of core stabilization, rotational control, and breathing. Sagittal, frontal and transverse plane mechanics were broken down and key relationships were taught for movement analysis and proper execution with PRI activities.
This course wrapped up the 2017 schedule. I am very thankful for a great year and even more appreciative of the feedback and ability to learn from others every time we share this material! The Fitness and Movement course continues to evolve and improve. James and I are excited to launch some new content for 2018 including new PRI activities and improved programming recommendations. I wish all a blessed Holiday season! Thanks for the continual support and hope to see you at one of our courses in 2018! Happy Holidays!
