Bill Hartman is one of the nine speakers lined up for the Annual Interdisciplinary Integration course this April 16-17th! Bill will be speaking on “Practical Application of Neuroscience for High Powered Performers”. Here is what Bill has to say about this topic:
“The mantra in my training facility IFAST is that ‘we don’t train bodies, we train brains.’ The explosion of neuroscience research confirms the dependence of body and brain functioning as one. This unified model of behavior drives the high-powered performer time and time again to seek the elusive flow state where skills are demonstrated at their peak yet seem effortless. Achieving these peak experiences relies on the management of central and peripheral bioplasticity of every integrated subsystem determined by appropriate coaching, training, and restorative means.”
