Not only am I trained by PRI, I am a walking and breathing embodiment of what PRI can do for someone.

From my sophomore year at the University of Maryland until I discovered PRI at the age of 36, much of my life revolved around dealing with pain: chronic plantar fasciitis and frequent bouts of SI joint pain and upper back spasms.

In April of 2013 I took PRI’s home study course that examines the pelvis and its influence on the lower back and legs. The realization that the human body is inherently asymmetric--and that the left side of my pelvis was rotated forward compared to the right--changed my life. I have never had another SI joint blowout or neck spasm since taking that first course.

Undoubtedly, PRI is the single greatest influence in my professional life and I use PRI methodology with great effectiveness to improve the well being of my training clients.

History of Passion

The Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) is built around 30 years of clinical practice associated with recurring successes of specific patient treatment programs. We established reproducible, outcome-based programs based on consistent evidence-based correlations, discovered with patient biomechanical, respiratory, and neurological functional patterns and limitations. My passion for the integrated systems of the body has resulted in an examination and intervention process of the asymmetrical human body called Postural Restoration.
