Taylor Lewis is a Pulmonary Exercise Physiologist and Pulmonary Researcher. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Health and Human Performance at Concordia University. He found his passion working with individuals with Cystic Fibrosis (CF) and founded the Pulmonary Performance Institute (PPI) in San Rafael, CA. At PPI they develop performance exercise programs for individuals fighting pulmonary conditions. He is currently working with researches at Stanford CF Care Centers to develop structuralize exercise programs on the quest to help fight CF with training. He has published work in the Pediatric Pulmonary journal, written for the Stanford Cystic Fibrosis newsletter and On Target Publication. He has spoken at the North American Cystic Fibrosis conference and the Stanford CF Day. He continues his professional career striving to help educate and inspire people to improve their quality of life through the fundamental human movements.

History of Passion

The Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) is built around 30 years of clinical practice associated with recurring successes of specific patient treatment programs. We established reproducible, outcome-based programs based on consistent evidence-based correlations, discovered with patient biomechanical, respiratory, and neurological functional patterns and limitations. My passion for the integrated systems of the body has resulted in an examination and intervention process of the asymmetrical human body called Postural Restoration.
